you been in Business?
The Phone Connection has been in business for over twenty years
in Southern California.
What are your
hours of Business?
Our hours are 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday thru Friday PST.
We are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week in case of emergency.
Who will
install my Telephone system?
We sell equipment and services nationwide and install locally
throughout Los Angeles, Orange, & Riverside counties. If you are
outside our service area and we cannot service your needs, we will
provide you contact information of telephone vendors in your area.
What services
do you provide locally in Southern California?
The Phone Connection, is a full service, independent
telecommunications distributor that provides all lines of service
including maintenance, tech support, consulting, planning, asset
recovery, leasing, contracting, cellular sales, telecommunications
analysis, equipment purchasing and sales. We service
residential and commercial customers running Category 3 voice
cables, Category 5e data cables, networking, DSL, CATV, throughout
Southern California.
Can I get
technical support for my phone system?
Yes, We offer free technical support with any purchase of a
phone system we sell.
How long does
it take to get a custom quote?
Once you have established a configuration of how many lines you
will need? How many station users you will be equipping with
telephones? Is voice mail going to be added or upgraded? Is
someone going to answer the phone live or will you be using the Auto
Attendant or Voice Mail? One of our Account Executives will
have a quote faxed over to you in minutes.
Is refurbished
equipment reliable?
The Phone Connection, we are very thorough about our equipment.
Each product is hand tested, cleaned, repaired, sanitized, and
refurbished on site. Then before our product is installed or shipped
out it is tested again, warranty sticker’s are applied and
individually wrapped and shipped professionally. We are one of
the few company who truly “care” about our customers.
What is the
standard warranty at The Phone Connection?
All refurbished equipment purchased at The Phone Connection
carries a complete 12-month warranty. This is an advanced
replacement warranty. If our equipment at anytime within a
year fails, we will replace that item in advance. Once you
receive replacement item, simply return the defective item in the
box we shipped to you.
What should I
do with my old phone system or my old phones?
Please contact us by phone,
email or fax with details of your old phones. One
of our Account Executives will contact you by fax or email the same
day you contact us.
Can I do my own
Programming?
Yes, you can do your own programming and we will help you over
the phone, but there are a few things you need to know. You
are calling us and asking us to help you program a change without
looking over other programming in your system that may affect the
way you day-to-day business is run. This is why we strongly
suggest you purchase a Remote Access Device and let us do the work.
